Barróg Healthcare’s Residential Service aims to provide high quality care for people with a disability, in a safe, comfortable environment. We will ensure that the facilities in your home are adapted to meet your needs. We provide full time residential care.

At Barróg Healthcare we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live in a loving safe environment where the values of respect, honesty, consultation and individuality are promoted and where each individual’s strengths are acknowledged fostered and built upon.

We actively encourage people to achieve their full potential supported through an Individual Planning Process, through taking part education and training supports – and through participation in the local community in line with each person’s wishes.

We will issue you or your representative with a Residential Service Agreement. A staff that works with you will be your Key Worker. They will help you to develop your Personal Plan. This plan details what is important to you in your everyday life and your future goals. We will also support you to take part in a range of preferred activities– these may include leisure activities, sport, further education, work, church membership, clubs and groups
